Lord Of Muscels '' Midyeci Ahmet'' Bahçeşehir İstanbul

Currently employing over 1000 people, "Midyeci Ahmet" significantly expanded its production capacity by tenfold to 2000 m² in Thessaloniki, Greece, in early 2020, alongside its factory in Istanbul. With this increased capacity, the brand aims to reach a total of 35 branches in Turkey and abroad by the end of 2021. "Midyeci Ahmet," renowned for its mussels and local flavors, is one of Turkey's famous fast food restaurants. Drawing inspiration from Istanbul's popular street flavors, I designed 10 turnkey branches, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere with a street theme.
